What is it like to work with us? Let our customers tell you.

Just the thought of replacing the windows in the two buildings of our hotel in the very centre of Prague had frightened us for years. Touching the windows of the iconic Rott House with its Aleš paintings seemed completely unrealistic, even though the original windows had long since stopped performing almost any of their usual – and required – functions. That was until Trustav turned up from somewhere – I no longer even remember where. Suddenly everything seemed possible, even easy and smooth. From obtaining the historical documentation, through a detailed survey and documentation of the existing windows and drawings of exact copies, preparing an extensive historical study, and negotiating with the conservationists and the other relevant state authorities – right up to the replacement itself. The whole process went with astonishing speed, without problems and to our complete satisfaction. Thanks to them, the Rott House is today even more beautiful and authentic, because the new windows correspond exactly to the originals, without decades of alterations and assorted period gadgets and additions. I can therefore recommend Trustav without hesitation, even for the most complex cases of historic buildings and their windows.

On our five-storey Neo-Renaissance building in the heritage reserve in Prague 1, Trustav replaced all the windows to an excellent standard, while also meeting every requirement of the National Heritage Institute and the Heritage Department of Prague City Hall. The new windows, made as copies of the originals, were produced to excellent quality, and installation ran exactly to the agreed schedule with the building, one could say, in full use. Trustav removed and disposed of the old windows, always replaced them the same day with the newly made ones, made good the plaster around them and cleaned up. We have had the very best experience with Trustav.

I first came across Trustav in Vinohrady, Prague, where they replaced the windows of our old apartment building, repaired the balconies and painted the doors. Although the work took place in a cold February, nobody in the building felt the slightest discomfort. They were fast, precise and thoroughly professional. That is why I turned to Trustav again the following year, when I needed the windows of a family house replaced. Once again I was extremely satisfied. Careful measuring, then simply a complete window replacement, absolutely flawless making good, cleaning and removal of waste material. If I owned a castle or a chateau and needed it repaired, I would always call on reliable, fast and thoroughly professional TRUSTAV!

All our dealings with Trustav went without a hitch – from the tender through signing the contract to the work itself. It helped us a great deal that Trustav has experience of replacing windows in a heritage protected area, both in making the windows and in dealing with the conservationists. The work itself was excellent – the professionalism of the staff, a tidy site, quick solutions to minor problems, the quality of the work – we can only praise it. We are more than satisfied with Trustav.

I can warmly recommend working with Trustav s.r.o. We have already completed two stages of window replacement in an old school building from 1902. The replica windows are very well made; I appreciate the slim frames, the precise workmanship, the replica hardware and the excellent function. From the first meeting – quotation, survey, installation – everything went smoothly. Communication with the company’s representatives was completely problem-free. After installation, everything was cleaned up too.

We heard about Trustav by chance, and we had been thinking about replacing our casement windows for a long time. At the company’s headquarters they were happy to show us everything and booked a free date, which unfortunately was about four months away, even though winter was coming. It was a surprise when the company phoned to offer the replacement in just a month and a half. On the day a team of lads arrived and we could only admire their method and energy. One covered the carpets with sheets, another carried the new windows into the house while a third took the old ones out. Four windows were removed, the new ones fitted and carefully made good within two days. At the end they even vacuumed, rolled up the protective sheets and took everything away in a skip they had brought. We recommend this company to everyone, because this is exactly what we imagine reliable, solid service to be. All the best to you!

I can only recommend Trustav s.r.o. to everyone. The company pleasantly surprised us with its professional and personal approach. The work was done well and on time. These days you are lucky to come across a company that does the work the way you expect.
