Grants and subsidies

We will help you get a grant to restore your historic building

A grant for replacing windows can go a long way towards funding the restoration of a historic building. But finding your way through the conditions, preparing all the documents and keeping track of deadlines is not easy – especially when heritage conservation requirements also come into play.

That is exactly what we help with. We look into the options for your building, prepare the technical documents you need and guide you through the whole process, from the first assessment to submitting the application.

Fasáda historického domu

For buildings with a history. For the people who look after them.

Every building and every restoration is different. So first we look at your plans, the condition of the building and the documents available. Then we tell you what needs to be prepared and which next steps make sense.

  1. SVJ a bytové domy

    01 / Owners’ associations

    Owners’ associations and apartment buildings

Planning to replace windows or doors together? We will help you prepare the technical documents you need, go through the funding options and link the application to manufacture and installation.

  2. Historické objekty

    02 / Historic buildings

    Owners and managers

With a historic building, the planned restoration has to respect its original appearance and the requirements of heritage conservation. We prepare the technical part of the plans and, if agreed, also take over communication with the conservation authorities.

  3. Veřejné budovy

    03 / Public buildings

    Schools and institutions

For larger buildings we help tie together the planned work, the documentation required and the deadlines. We always tailor the process to the building and the scope of the restoration.

Grants, technical solutions and conservation authorities in one place

Okno historické budovy

Grant conditions can change, and few people have time to follow exactly what needs to be documented. TRUSTAV has experience with restoring historic buildings, preparing documents and negotiating with conservation authorities. We have also completed projects for which a grant was successfully obtained.

  • We start with your building First we clarify what you want to restore, what condition the building is in and which documents you already have.
  • We prepare the documents you need We provide the agreed technical part, help you put together the application documents and make sure everything is ready correctly and on time.
  • We help with communication Depending on the scope of our work together, we take part in negotiations with the conservation authorities and help match their requirements with the manufacture of new windows or doors.

Whether a grant is approved always depends on the funding provider. Our job is to do everything we can to make sure the application and the technical documents are prepared carefully and on time.

Grants and heritage care

You know your building. We know the way to funding.

You don’t need to study the conditions or coordinate several institutions. Just describe your plans to us. We will look into the options, prepare the documents needed, take over communication with the conservation authorities and keep track of deadlines.

  • Experience with historic buildings We understand the requirements of sensitive restoration and the needs of the people who live in the building or manage it.
  • A single point of contact You don’t have to work out who to turn to. We coordinate the individual steps and specialists.
  • Complete, on-time submission We check the documents, the deadlines and how they tie in with preparing and carrying out the job.

How we will work together

At the start we divide the tasks and agree what we will take care of and what we will need from you. That way you will know which steps lie ahead and what to keep in mind.

  1. (01) We go through your plans

We start with the address, photos and a short description of the planned restoration. Together we clarify the condition of the building, the scope of work and the documents available.

  2. (02) We check the options and requirements

We look at which funding options may be relevant to your project, what will need to be documented and with whom the plans must be discussed.

  3. (03) We prepare the documents and communication

We draw up the agreed technical part of the documentation for the windows or doors. We also help with negotiations with the conservation authorities and with adjusting the documents to their requirements.

  4. (04) We help you submit everything on time

We help you put the application together, check the documents required and keep track of deadlines. We can then follow on with manufacture, installation and the documents for the completed project.

What you prepare

The address of the building, photos, a short description of the planned work and any documentation available. We will also need your cooperation in approving and signing the application.

What we confirm together

The scope of our help, the responsibilities of each party, the price of the service and how it ties in with manufacture and installation.

Your building deserves windows and doors that fit in. Let’s design them together.

Every project starts with a specific building. Leave us your details and we will get back to you. We will go through the options for bespoke wooden windows or doors with you, agree the next steps and prepare what is needed for an indicative price.
